Reflections on Our First Rewilding of the Year
I’m heading off on retreat again today to make more magic in the mountains.
Every single time I come back from a Rewilding retreat, I’m reminded why this work matters so much.
Hand on heart, it changes lives.
Not because there’s some grand formula or performance to it, but because women finally get the space to stop carrying everything for everyone else and come back to themselves again.
I’ve just created two new videos from April’s retreat.
The first is a little glimpse into what we actually got up to over those five days in the Lake District. Wild swims, mountains, firelight, laughter, honest conversations, stillness and adventure.
The second is the one that really got me.
A heartfelt testimonial video from the women who came on retreat. Their words actually made me cry watching them back. There is something so powerful about hearing women articulate what happens when they finally give themselves permission to take up space again.
You can watch both here:
And here's a little sneak peek before I disappear into the wild again.
Behind the scenes, I’m building something really special. A completely new Rewilding concept that feels like the next evolution of this work.
It’s deeper, more immersive, more transformational.
And it's not open publicly just yet.
So if something in you is whispering that you want more adventure, more clarity, more connection, more you… you can register your interest here - and you'll be first in line when I'm back from retreat next week.
