Welcome to The Rewilding
You do not need fixing.
If you are here, it is likely because you are busy, capable, and functioning well in a life that asks a lot of you. Your work matters. People rely on you. From the outside, everything appears to be moving as it should.
What you may be feeling instead is saturation.
There are too many decisions to hold, too many responsibilities carried quietly, and too little uninterrupted space to think clearly about what matters now. Nothing is technically “wrong”, but there is no room.
This is the moment many women come to Rewilding.
Not because they are broken.
Not because they are burnt out.
But because life has become too full to hold clarity.
Rewilding is not a holiday, and it is not a self-improvement retreat
It is a recalibration point.
A deliberately held period of time away from demand, where you are not responsible for holding everything together, and where time in nature allows your nervous system to settle enough for perspective to return.
Women arrive carrying full lives and leave with something quieter and more valuable than motivation. They leave with clarity, groundedness, and a renewed sense of who they are and what they want to prioritise next.
Many say the same thing in different words.
They did not realise how tired they were until they finally stopped.
The Experience
Our retreats for 2026 will take place in the Lake District, just outside Grasmere, in a carefully chosen woodland setting that balances comfort, privacy, and immersion in the landscape.
Each woman has her own beautiful double en-suite bedroom. This matters. Personal space is not a luxury here, but a condition for proper rest and integration, especially for introverts and leaders who rarely get it.
The days unfold at a considered pace.
There is time in nature through guided walks and hikes, cold water immersion in carefully chosen wild swimming locations, and unstructured space to think, rest, journal, or simply be. There are powerful group conversations, gentle coaching moments, and opportunities to go deeper if you choose, without pressure or expectation.
Evenings are slow and grounding, with nourishing food prepared by our private chef, shared meals, and space to unwind, including time in the hot tub under the stars.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You are supported to participate in a way that feels right for you.
What Makes Rewilding Different
Many retreats offer activities, schedules, or inspiration.
Rewilding offers something rarer.
It offers a space that is properly held.
Again and again, women speak about how safe it feels to be here. Safe to be honest.
Safe to be vulnerable. Safe to stop performing. Safe to go deep without collapsing.
The group is intentionally small and carefully curated.
The chemistry of the women matters. Although you may arrive as strangers,
you will leave with a sense of connection and mutual recognition that often continues long after the retreat ends.
The environment plays its part, but the real difference lies in how the space is facilitated. This is not about being led from the front or positioned above others. It is about walking alongside you, creating conditions where insight emerges naturally rather than being imposed.
Many women return again and again, not because they need the same experience twice, but because Rewilding becomes a meaningful recalibration point in their lives.
Who Rewilding Is For
Rewilding is for women who carry a lot.
Senior leaders.
Founders.
Entrepreneurs.
Women whose lives look successful from the outside, but feel increasingly full on the inside.
It is for women who do not need fixing, but do need space.
For women who are managing well, but know that clarity cannot be sustained without stepping away.
For women who want to reconnect with themselves in nature, without wellness gimmicks or performance.
The Shift You Can Expect
Women leave Rewilding feeling steadier and clearer rather than energised or hyped.
They describe returning home with a stronger sense of what matters, greater confidence in their decisions, and a renewed ability to lead and live from alignment rather than reactivity.
Some notice changes immediately. Others find the impact unfolds quietly over the weeks that follow.
Either way, the effect reaches beyond the retreat itself.
Dates
Spring Rewilding: Thursday 23 April to Monday 27 April
Autumn Rewilding: Thursday 24 September to Monday 28 September
Places are intentionally limited to protect the depth and quality of the experience.
If you are feeling a pull but are unsure whether Rewilding fits where you are right now, the next step is a conversation.
There is no application process and no pressure to commit. It is simply space to talk it through, ask questions, and sense whether this feels like the right pause point for you.
Sometimes the most strategic decision is not doing more, but choosing to stop long enough to hear yourself again.

“The Rewilding was so much better than I could have hoped for.
With all the external noise and excuses of day to day life removed, I really found out who I am and what I’m about when I’m faced with experiences outside my comfort zone.
And who knew I’d also meet my own personal cheer squad of likeminded ladies, led by the high priestess of awesomeness herself, Claire!”

“The Rewilding retreat is a treat for the soul...under Claire’s caring and insightful care, you’ll rest, re-energise, connect, and grow, in so very many ways.
I’d recommend to any woman who could use some brain space and recouperation, and a chance to start to FEEL rather than just THINK xx”

“The Rewilding retreat changed my life. It was exactly what I needed, when I needed it, without me even knowing I needed it.
Claire is an absolutely beautiful soul with an infectious smile and I feel extremely lucky to have been able to make this journey with her.
She thought about every little detail and made sure we were looked after so well throughout the whole retreat. The location, the accommodation, the food, the itinerary, the other women on the retreat, all perfect.
We went on a dawn hike, we meditated on top of a hill overlooking Ullswater, we swam in a plunge pool on the side of a mountain, we laughed, we cried, we sang, we connected, we transformed and we even danced and chanted around a fire under a full moon!
My life is different now, it’s better. It’s so much better that I’ve already booked to go on not one, but TWO more retreats with Claire!
So if that doesn’t show how much I loved and got from this retreat, I don’t know what will!!”

“An unforgettable 5 days in nature with an incredible bunch of women. I haven’t laughed so much in a very long time!
I’ve made bonds for life through this experience - already scheduling catch ups!
The support of the group was amazing and really helped me recognise my strength and reinforced my core values
The setting is second to none - spectacular scenery and a beautiful property I was sceptical about the cold water swimming aspect but loved it - the invigorating feeling afterwards was amazing, and doing it with our group made it extra special.
You have designed a very special experience, expertly curated so everyone felt comfortable to share their experiences and challenges.
It is a very special thing and I feel privileged to have been a part of it.”

“It was everything I expected and more.
The beauty and the peacefulness are unrivalled.
Claire as a retreat host, 10/10 - absolutely bloody lush!
I would highly recommend the retreat to others, (to) those who crave that quiet time to consider their current position and their future goals, who want to be held up by others in similar positions. #Percolate”

“The Rewilding Retreat was a magical and life affirming experience.
I had the space to think about who I am, what is holding me back and how to move forward.
Not only that, but I have met an amazing group of supportive women who I feel will be friends for life.
I would highly recommend it.”
